Yoga Teachings

I am trained to teach a wide variety of yoga styles in many different settings, with all age groups and level of ability. I teach from high energy vinyasa flow classes to beautiful restorative yin.

I completed my yoga teacher training in 2022 through Power Living Australia. I am passionate about making yoga accessible for everybody and offering the practice as a self-compassion and self-acceptance experience. My classes are a journey of self, where we cultivate connection through the body, breath, mind and soul.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronises movement with breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses. The term "vinyasa" comes from the Sanskrit words "vi," meaning "in a special way," and "nyasa," meaning "to place," reflecting the intentional placement of movements. We explore the ranges of our body, the power of our breath, and the depth of our minds. These classes offer a dedicated space for your wellbeing, that take you on a journey of self discovery and hope to inspire you on and off the mat.

Teaching Styles

Restorative Yin

Yin Yoga is in stillness, softness, and cooling energy. This gentle yet powerful practice offers a chance to slow down and restore balance amidst the busyness of modern life. Through long-held, floor-based postures—often seated or lying down—we gently stretch and hydrate the body’s connective tissues, inviting deep release. Rather than striving or pushing, we focus on softening, surrendering to gravity, and allowing the body to open over time. Yin Yoga invites us into a meditative space, where both body and mind can settle. It’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a quiet, nourishing way.
